Junior CARG 2023 Career Development Workshop Recap
Sponsored by the Junior CARG Co-chairs, Drs. Nikesha Gilmore and Shakira Grant, the workshop nurtures early-stage researchers in geriatric oncology and fosters a collective identity and cohesiveness among CARG investigators. The 1.5-hour workshop included a Keynote presentation, Q&A, and a breakout session focused on Specific Aims Review, Specific Aims Q&A, Transition from Early to Mid-career, and Resilience and Work/Life Balance.
